　　渣漿泵的主要性能參數(shù)是表示渣漿泵工作性能的參數(shù)，主要包括流量Q，揚程H，轉(zhuǎn)速n，功率P，效率η，汽蝕余量(NPSH)以及允許吸上真空高度Hs

　　顧名思義就是指單位時間內(nèi)渣漿泵排除液體的數(shù)量

　　有兩種表示方法分別是體積流量Q和重量流量Qc

　　體積流量的單位：m3/h、L/s

　　重量流量的單位：t/h、kgf/h

　　體積流量Q和重量流量Qc的關(guān)系是：

　　Qc=γQ

　　γ表示漿體的比重（重度）kgf/m3

　　單位重量液體通過渣漿泵后能量的增加值

　　等于渣漿泵出水口水頭與入口總水頭的代數(shù)差

　　3.配用功率Pg

　　是指原動機額定輸出功率。考慮到泵在非設(shè)計工況下運行時軸功率增大或泵在長時間運行后效率下降或其他故障時軸功率增大等因素，所以配用功率比軸功率要大一些，需有一個儲備系數(shù)k。

　　儲視功率的大小采用不同的儲備系數(shù)，見圖2-28.

　　五、泵效率η

　　泵的有效功率Pu與軸功率P之比，用百分數(shù)表示：

　　2. Shaft power P (input power)

　　It refers to the power transmitted by the prime mover to the pump shaft, which is called shaft power P or input power.

　　The difference between the input power and output power of the pump is the loss part in the pump, and the ratio is the efficiency η of the pump.

　　3. Power PG

　　It refers to the rated output power of prime mover. In consideration of the factors such as the increase of shaft power when the pump is running under non design conditions, the decrease of pump efficiency after a long time of operation or the increase of shaft power when other faults occur, the matching power is larger than the shaft power, and a reserve coefficient K is required.
